Production & Deliverables

We bring a film-industry approach to real estate. Every project is directed, scripted, and edited like a cinematic production - crafted to make agents and properties feel premium, timeless, and unforgettable.

Pricing varies by property size and creative scope, but most projects range from $1,500–$5,000. Each includes professional editing, sound design, and cinematic color grading. Custom quotes are available upon request.

Most shoots take 2–5 hours, depending on the property and whether video and photography are combined. Larger estates or multi-day shoots are scheduled with a detailed production timeline
Basic Video: 1-1.5 hours
Standard Video: 2-2.5 hours
Salt Sig: 4-5 hours
Listing Photo Bundle: Small (1 hour), Medium (1 hour, 15 minutes), Large (1.5 hours), XL (1 hour, 45 minutes)
Matterport Bundle/ZIllow Bundle: Small (2 hours), Medium (2 hours, 15 minutes), Large (2.5 hours), XL (2 hour, 45 minutes)

Yes, we can add logos to videos upon request. Agent intros are available on Standard and Signature shoots.

Listing photos are typically 24 hour delivery. For videos, turnaround time is between 2-7 business days, depending on project complexity. Expedited delivery options are available upon request.

Yes, we write scripts for Standard and Signature videos. Agents approve them before the shoot date.

We check forecasts regularly and in the event of rain we will look to reschedule and keep in contact with our clients about it.

Our client portal (portal.saltcinema.com) has all photos, videos, 2D floor plan and other assets for each of your listings. It’s mobile friendly as well.

We allow 1 round of revisions per video. Every round of revisions thereafter is billed at $100 per hour.

Yes, as a social first company we shoot most listings vertically, however when a client goes through our checkout they can select if they want horizontal or vertical. You must chose between the two and both is an extra fee.

Yes, drone footage is included in most packages to showcase property scale, architecture, and location from cinematic perspectives.

Definitely. Coordinating both services in one session saves time and ensures cohesive lighting and styling across your entire media package.

While we don’t provide staging, our team refines every scene - adjusting decor, and composition - so each shot feels intentional and magazine-worthy.

The expectation is that the house is prepped prior to our arrival.

Yes, we love shooting twilight and day-to-night conversions. This feature is only available in our Signature video package.

Yes! Builders, developers and architects commonly come to us to help showcase their work. These packages are typically custom so please contact us to get a proposal.

Payment in full for photo, video and add-on products is required at time of booking. For custom projects we typically take a 50% deposit and 50% prior to media delivery.

There’s a $100 fee if cancelled 3 hours before a shoot. Customers are able to reschedule or postpone up to 24 hours before hand.

We do not offer staging, but our photo editors will include virtual staging if a room or space is empty.

Our clients are granted an unlimited license to use the media as they wish however Salt Cinema owns the media.

Yes, however it depends on the product and the locations of the properties. When you go through our checkout you’ll be able to see our availability based on what you’ve selected.

We service all of Utah, Arizona, Southern California, Las Vegas and will occasionally fly to certain locations for shoots. If a trip exceeds 1 hour round trip there is a $40 per hour travel fee to provide reimbursement to our media team for gas and depreciation.

If you are outside our coverage area we unfortunately are unable to shoot for you, except for exceptional properties. However, if you have a great videographer to film for you, we can script and edit for you.
