Production & Deliverables

  • Yes, we can add logos to videos upon request. Agent intros are available on Standard and Signature shoots.

  • Typically between 3-5 business days but sometimes earlier.

  • Yes, we write scripts for Standard and Signature videos. Agents approve them before the shoot date.

  • We check forecasts regularly and in the event of rain we will look to reschedule and keep in contact with our clients about it.

  • Our client portal (portal.saltcinema.com) has all photos, videos, 2D floor plan and other assets for each of your listings. It’s mobile friendly as well.

  • We allow 1 round of revisions per video. Every round of revisions thereafter is billed at $100 per hour.

  • Yes, as a social first company we shoot most listings vertically, however when a client goes through our checkout they can select if they want horizontal or vertical.

Service Information & Policies

  • The expectation is that the house is prepped prior to our arrival.

  • Yes, we love shooting twilight and day-to-night conversions. This feature is only available in our Signature video package.

  • Yes! Builders, developers and architects commonly come to us to help showcase their work. These packages are typically custom so please contact us to get a proposal.

  • Yes! We are selective with the clients we take on for branding and social media work. Please contact us to book a call and see if we’re a fit!

  • Payment in full for photo, video and add-on products is required at time of booking. For custom projects we typically take a 50% deposit and 50% prior to media delivery.

  • There’s a $100 fee if cancelled 3 hours before a shoot. Customers are able to reschedule or postpone up to 24 hours before hand.

  • We do not offer staging, but our photo editors will include virtual staging if a room or space is empty.

  • Our clients are granted an unlimited license to use the media as they wish however Salt Cinema owns the media.

  • Yes, however it depends on the product and the locations of the properties. When you go through our checkout you’ll be able to see our availability based on what you’ve selected.

  • We service all of Utah, Arizona, Southern California, Las Vegas and will occasionally fly to certain locations for shoots. If a trip exceeds 1 hour round trip there is a $40 per hour travel fee to provide reimbursement to our media team for gas and depreciation.
